Quality and Materials
What materials do you use to create your pieces? The majority of our pieces are crafted using plaster. In cases where extra strength or volume is required, wire mesh or construction foam are used. To ensure durability, the pieces are coated with polyurethane protective finish.
Can you customize the finish or painting of a piece? It is not possible to change the finish or painting of a piece that is already created and displayed on the website, but custom pieces can be created on special orders.
Are art pieces sold framed? Framing the wall pieces adds to the weight of the piece, increasing the delivery charge. Therefore, our art pieces are sold unframed and customers can easily frame them to their liking.
Display and Maintenance
Are display hooks included with the piece I am interested in? Yes, all reliefs are provided with at least two embedded hooks for easy hanging, unless stated otherwise. Due to the heavy weight of some art pieces, it is strongly advised to find a stud to hang your artwork or use dry wall anchors, toggle bolts, or self-drilling anchors to secure the art piece on the wall.
Can the art pieces be displayed outdoors? All wall pieces are intended for indoor display only.
How do I clean and maintain my relief artwork? To preserve your piece, it is best to store it in a clean, dry location away from dust and direct sun light. In case it becomes dirty, you can use a soft lightly damped dusting cloth for cleaning.
Shipping
When will I receive my order? Wall pieces will be shipped within a week of putting an order. We advise you to open and inspect the items within 48 hours of delivery to check for any transportation damage.
Are shipping costs included in the prices? No, shipping costs are not included in the price of the item and are automatically calculated at the checkout. However, packing and insurance are covered in the item’s price. For information on international shipping, please refer to the details below.
Do you ship internationally? International shipping is available, and options can be found during the checkout process. Please be aware that International Shipping estimates may not be entirely accurate and could be subject to a shipping surcharge. For a more precise estimate, kindly contact us. Return & Exchange Policy
Do you accept return or exchange of the art piece?
Please choose your artwork carefully as we do not accept return. All items are final sale unless the piece is damaged during shipment. However, we offer a resale service through our website so if you buy a piece from our collections, you can sell through our website. Please contact us for further details.

While we take great care in packaging the pieces, on the extremely rare occasion that an item arrives damaged, note the specific areas of damage, and contact us within 48 days of delivery. Provide digital photos of the damaged item and original packaging so a claim can be filed with the carrier. Depending on the extent of the damage, return shipping will be covered and replacement or repair options will be discussed with the customer.
